Any media or protected content (logos, trademarked assets, text, images, etc) shared with Sitely will be used solely for the purpose of completing a commissioned project. Sitely retains the right use your company name or brand in its portfolio or future marketing.
Contact forms and information contained therein are to be used for the sole purpose of following through on your request for contact. We may also send you email offers and promotions from time to time. You may opt-out/unsubscribe at any time.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. This website application is integrated with 3rd party analytics, email services, and payment services. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Sitely utilizes, among other technology and procedures, SSL (256 bit) encryption throughout the website, as well as a firewall to mitigate malicious activity, phishing attempts, etc. Additionally, any personal and/or payment information sent to our 3rd party is done via encrypted private key and tokenization, which obscures any data to would-be malcontents.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the event of a data breach, Sitely will notify via email all customers who have created an account on our platform, once we have ascertained the extent of the breach and the identified the affected parties, if any.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
Sitely may, at different times, utilize Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other similar services. In doing so, we gather data from those 3rd parties in an effort to target interested parties and serve ads & offers best tailored to their needs.
